Ascend Project Management & Solutions is led by Maria Mustapha, a practical, hands-on consultant with over 20 years of experience delivering projects and improving operations across the built environment and beyond.

Starting her career as a project manager in an engineering company, Maria has built a broad background in project delivery and strategic development — spanning infrastructure projects, digital transformation initiatives, marketing, and space industry programs focused on digital learning and sustainability roadmaps.

She has had first-hand experience being in the thick of inefficient processes, underused technology, and time-stretched teams, while working on both large-scale projects and with smaller project teams. Despite these challenges, she consistently delivered positive results — working with diverse teams across different cultures, time zones, and locations internationally.

Today, she brings that experience to engineering firms, real estate developers, architectural practices, and space companies — helping them streamline project workflows, optimise delivery, adopt practical digital solutions, and build stronger foundations for sustainable, profitable growth.
